CYHAP is a free "pass it on" developing extracurricular health awareness program located in the eastern region of the Republic of Ghana where participating youths ages 7 to 15 receive ongoing classes learning the fundamentals of Nutrition, Sanitation and First Aid in hopes of them taking the training/knowledge back to their respective communities and "passing it on". Other activities include ongoing training in Martial Arts, Swimming and Gymnastics(tumbling) as well as participating in community health expos, Martial Arts and Tumbling demonstrations, competitions, banquets and award ceremonies. Wresting for boys only is included as a separate part of the program where participants receive ongoing training in both Freestyle and Greco-Roman styles of International Olympic wresting.

Selecting Nutrition, Sanitation and First Aid as essential parts of the CYHAP was far from random as the founder selected subjects and activities with which he is well familiar and could easily teach ("pass it on") without necessarily having to depend on or compensate a regular staff, teachers and instructors as CYHAP is a free community based youth health awareness program where training, uniforms, training aids, and for select participants, health insurance coverage are provided at no charge to program participants.
